Please contact us by email with your order number and product information so that we can process your return request.
Once the return request is approved, we will send you a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.
Please send the product together with the RMA number and the original purchase receipt to our designated return address.

After we receive and review your return, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The refund will be returned according to your original payment method.

The refund amount includes the full amount of your purchase, but does not include shipping costs.
